Perfect for little hands and lunch boxes.

Freshly baked homemade seeded loaf on parchment paper, topped with pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds, cooling on a wire rack.

This banana bread is super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

  • 1 cup gluten free flour (I used oat flour)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 2 tsp GF baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 medium-large bananas (1 heap cup mashed)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or ghee, slightly softened

  • 1 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon gelatine

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix together your flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, gelatine & salt in a small bowl.

In a separate bowl, mash your bananas until smooth.

Add your egg, ghee, and honey to the mashed banana and mix well to combine.

Add your dry ingredients to your wet and mix well to combine.

Pour into prepared baking dish and top with your choice of seeds or chocolate chips.

Bake for 32 minutes.

Let cool before cutting.

Enjoy
