APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  1. Timing:

To ensure the efficient operation of our clinic, it is crucial to adhere to scheduled appointment times. If you are unable to attend or expect to be late, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you arrive and the clinic door is locked it means we are with a client and will be with you shortly. Please take a seat in the hallway reception at the top of the stairs

Though we endeavour to stick to appointment times, please allow some grace if your therapist is running late, occasionally we need to allow additional time to accommodate a client as the human body is not always predictable. If we are running more then 15mins behind, you will receive a text notification.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment:

Pricing for colonic hydrotherapy sessions or pre-paid packages will be stated on our website or quoted at the time of booking.  Clients must pay a 50% deposit of the cost of one session at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

The remaining 50% must be paid at the appointment. 

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, cash, Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd pre-paid gift cards, or other approved payment methods. Credit card surcharges and fees may apply.

When rebooking after your first appointment in the clinic you can either,

1: Rebook paying a 50% deposit

2: Leave credit card details (you will be charged if you do not give notice for cancelling or not turning up to an appointment)

3: Rebook yourself online at your own convenience.

 

  1. Appointment reschedules, cancelations and refunds: 

Rescheduling & Cancellation can be done online via the link in your confirmation email (only allowed up to 24 hours in advance) or 

CALL/TEXT our office number on 0423 617 762.

Cancellations and reschedules will NOT be accepted via social media. If you send us a message via facebook or instagram, your appointment has not been cancelled. You need to ring our office number and if no one answers leave a message.

We will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge provided that you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

A fee of 50% of the cost of one colonic hydrotherapy session will be charged to reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled commencement. 

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd will refund the 50% deposit (less a $10 admin fee) if notified of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled commencement. 

If Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd is notified of the cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, refunds of the 50% deposit may only be paid at the discretion of Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd.

If you cancel an appointment within 6 hours of its scheduled commencement or do not attend your appointment, your deposit is forfeited,  no refunds will be provided and Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd may charge the full fee for the cost of a colonic hydrotherapy session as compensation.

 

  1. Pre-paid packages & gift cards:

If you reschedule or cancel an appointment made using a gift card or pre-paid package within 24 hours of its scheduled commencement, 50% of the cost of a colonic hydrotherapy session (or equivalent entitlement) may be deducted from the gift card or pre-paid package at the discretion of Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd.

If you cancel an appointment made using a gift card or pre-paid package within 6 hours of its scheduled commencement or do not attend your appointment, the full cost of a colonic hydrotherapy session may be deducted from the gift card or pre-paid package at the discretion of Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd.

Packages of multiple colonic hydrotherapy sessions are non-transferable. No refunds will be provided for pre-purchased packages to the extent permitted by law. Any transfers permitted on a one-off basis are solely at the discretion of Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd.

For products purchased from Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd, refunds for change of mind on unused, unopened products returned in their original, intact, and undamaged packaging within 14 days of purchase will be granted.

Refunds will otherwise be provided where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

 

  1. Right to Refuse Service:

Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

 

  1. Modifications to Terms:

Vitality Flow Colonics Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
