Wild Salmon Quiche Recipe

This Wild Salmon Quiche was EPIC!
No surprises! That's what happens when you use real, whole food ingredients. The flavour sings to your cells with every bite. The food communicates with your body. Digestion and assimilation is easeful, just as it was intended to be.
200g wild caught salmon (fresh or smoked)
10-12 eggs
1 tbs ghee
1 onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1-2 cups spinach
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauté the onions and garlic in ghee until tender and fragrant. Add chopped spinach to pan with onions until wilted. Beat eggs in seperate bowl. Add salmon, onion, garlic & spinach mix to eggs. Combine well and pour into oven proof dish. Bake at 180’ for about 20 mins, longer if needed.
